All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Contracts

"Comprehensive User Interface", "Profile" and "My Wedding" refers to the Client's collection pages accessbile through the Log In feature of the website.

​

Prior to any formal and official engagement between the Client and Wedding Photo & Video UK, both parties will sign a Digital Contract stating job-specific terms and conditions. Upon signing the contract, the Client must agree to the stated terms. The Contract is signed by the Client via the Comprehensive User Interface, where they will input personal details and those of their wedding.

 

The Company will not change any personal details on any Contract without prior consent of the Client. Once the Digital Contract has been signed, Wedding Photo & Video UK will review the information and generate a PDF version of the Contract and upload it to the Client's Profile. A representative of the Wedding Photo & Video UK will sign the document on behalf of the Company.

By using this website the Client agrees to the format described above as a legal and acceptable binding agreement.

​

It is the Client's responsibility to keep the information on their Profile updated. Any mistake made by Wedding Photo & Video UK due to such failure will render the contract invalid. However, in such a circumstance, all monies detailed on the initial contract must still be paid to Wedding Photo & Video UK. We take no responsibility for third-party engagements or contracts with freelancers or operatives who aren't directly employed by The Company.

The Company will attempt to accommodate all agreed contract specifications and engagements (including but not limited to the date of wedding) yet retains the right to cancel or refund the engagement at any time should The Company or Photographer/Videographer become unable to fulfil the contract.

​

Please note that for Full Day Wedding Photography and Videography, we will usually arrive 2 hours before the ceremony to capture preparations.

Members

Each Client must register an account prior to accessing or signing a Digital Contract. Once done so, the Client may view all updated information via the 'My Wedding' tab once logged in. The Digital Contract may be updated at any time by following the adjacent tab. Certain information will only be editable by the Company. Should such information as the Date of Wedding need to be updated, this can be done by contacting the Company and requesting it.

Wedding Photo & Video UK reserves the right to delete, remove or block any site member or individual(s) acting as a site member without good reason.
